The Last Day
This year the "Award Programme", established by his His Royal Highness Prince Philip, is holding an "International Seminar", in which representatives from 93 countries worldwide will participate.
The public board for the "Israel Youth Award" cordially invites you to participate in the first seminar of its kind in the world, which will take place within the framework of the Israel Jubilee events. The purpose of the seminar is to create a desert experience for the "Award Representatives" worldwide.
The seminar will be organized in association with Midreshet Sde Boker, the Negev Desert Research Institute and Ben Gurion University in Beer-Sheva. The seminar will show different aspects of the unique agricultural achievements of Israel, transforming the desert into a source of income. The seminar will last six days and will open with a festive reception in Jerusalem and will continue at Midreshet Sde Boker.
The seminar will be held from December 14th till December 20th, 1998.
The registration fee of US $100 will also cover all accomodation expenses and meals.
